What You'll Be Doing Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership Own the complete P&L and long-term brand forecasting for our flagship medicine Lead ambitious growth strategies in partnership with Regeneron Translate global strategy into winning local brand plans, informed by deep market insights Team Leadership & Development Directly lead a large, dynamic team of talented professionals Drive cross-functional excellence across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Solutions Build a high-performance culture rooted in brilliant execution, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion Go-to-Market Transformation Spearhead GTM transformation and simplification initiatives Build industry-leading omnichannel and agile capabilities Drive continuous improvement in field orchestration and customer engagement What We're Looking For Proven Leadership Excellence Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional teams Direct line management experience across sizeable sales and marketing functions A track record of delivering strong business results while building engaged, diverse teams Commercial Expertise Strong P&L ownership, forecasting, and budget negotiation skills Experience operating at both local and global/regional levels Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics Transformation Mindset Agile leadership with a focus on continuous improvement Experience leading organisational change and operational excellence Ability to simplify processes and champion "Do Less but Better" principles Personal Qualities Exceptional communication skills that engage and inspire at all levels Strong networking and influencing capabilities across complex stakeholder landscapes High resilience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments A role-model for leadership behaviours and ethical standards Why Join Us?
