This is the ideal opportunity for an analytical, creative team player who loves the world of food and drink; someone who is looking to develop their skillset working in a dedicated and fast-paced team, within an ever-evolving, global brand. Some of the tasks you will be involved with are:
1. Copywriting and creating engaging social media posts in 50 Best style across the brand portfolio
2. Being involved in the ideation and creation of social-friendly visuals, designs and videos
3. Monitoring comments & DMs on social channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; flagging and escalating anything significant to senior team
4. Responding in a timely fashion to all questions, comments and messages
5. Uploading, scheduling / publishing social posts using Sprout Social and Meta Studio
6. Assisting in the creation of video ideas and briefs
7. Assisting on management of feedback on video and multimedia projects
8. Assisting with minor video editing (for example Instagram Stories or Reels)
9. Gathering social media statistics from events and campaigns for post-event reporting
10. Supporting with the creation of reports where necessary
11. Assisting with general day-to-day administration tasks for the social team
12. Assisting with gathering content from restaurants, bars, chefs and bartenders
13. Contributing ideas to increase our social media audience base and engagement
14. Assisting with trends research for new concepts
15. Creating content for leading live international events (offering the opportunity for occasional international travel)
Requirements
What you will need:
16. Good professional experience in a similar role or experience in another marketing function and an interest in all aspects of social media campaigns
17. Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
18. A strong team ethos
19. Good communication and inter-personal skills
20. Solid written skills with an eye for detail
21. A good grasp of grammar and spelling
22. Creativity
23. An ability to multi-task and still hit deadlines – organisation is key
24. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
25. An ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally
26. Experience using Canva and Sprout would be an advantage
27. A love of food and drink, travel and hospitality would be beneficial
28. Social-first filming and video editing skills would be a plus
