Day to day duties include.
Managing residential conveyancing files
Issuing sale contracts - registered and unregistered
Dealing with enquiries
Drafting replies
Drafting and negotiating contract clauses
Dealing with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently.
Co-ordinate related sale and purchase transactions
