Principal ICA Engineer – AtkinsRéalis

Responsibilities
* Lead a team to undertake technical design work in accordance with relevant standards and codes, delivering high‑quality results.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and programmes.
* Collaborate closely with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
Qualifications
* Chartered Instrumentation Engineer.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary design delivery.
* Proficiency in ICA design (instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems, motor control systems, system architecture, fieldbus/communication networks, P\&ID's, ATEX installation practice, functional safety, and development of control specifications such as URS/FDS).
* Strong knowledge of digital analysis packages and adherence to applicable standards and national guidance.
Security Clearance
This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment are dependent on obtaining the relevant clearance level. Candidates will be required to provide proof of residency in the UK for at least five years, if applicable. Do not mention any current or previous clearances in your application or CV.
