Position: Part Time Sales Advisor – 12 hour permanent contract in our Edinburgh shop.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
- Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
- Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
- Provide first‑point resolution for customer issues or feedback, actively seeking solutions for the benefit of the customer.
- Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
- Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
- Maintain flexibility in your work and play an active role in all operational tasks, such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
