Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker - Driver's Only
Location: Seaford, East Sussex
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). Sleep-ins are compulsory in this role.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer skilled worker visas.

Nestled in Seaford, East Sussex, Applewood is a vibrant hub supporting five adults with various disabilities, set against the backdrop of local shops, cafés, and accessible to Eastbourne, Lewes, and Brighton.
The team is dedicated to empowering individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and visual impairments to live fulfilling lives. The environment can be challenging, but with positivity, compassion, and resilience, the rewards are immense—witnessing milestones achieved through your support.
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you should demonstrate experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Visual Impairments
* Autism
* Learning Disabilities
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence

As a Support Worker, you will:
