Duration: 6 months FTC initially with option to go perm A privately owned, multi-site organisation is seeking an Interim Head of FP&A to provide immediate leadership and direction across its financial planning and analysis function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on strengthening forecasting, enhancing reporting, and leading finance systems development during a period of transformation. Key Responsibilities Provide interim leadership of the FP&A function, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to planning and reporting processes. Lead the development and optimisation of finance systems, including influencing the implementation of a new ERP platform. Enhance forecasting capability, including ownership and delivery of periodic outlooks Elevate the quality of reporting, ensuring strong commercial insight and clear narrative are embedded across all outputs. Develop a deep understanding of operational performance across multiple service lines within core strategic business units. Act as a key business partner to commercial teams, offering both challenge and support to drive informed decision-making. Build and scale the finance systems capability within the wider finance function. Candidate Profile Proven experience operating at Head of FP&A (or equivalent) level, ideally in an interim capacity. Strong track record in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis within complex, multi-site environments. Experience leading or significantly contributing to finance systems development and ERP implementations. Commercially astute, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. Confident and credible communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and operate with autonomy. Hands-on approach with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
