As a key member of our engineering team, you will actively contribute to team performance and maintain a strong focus on customer care.
Your duties will include overseeing the activities of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring their work aligns with our standards of excellence. Additionally, you will participate in the site's shift and call-out rota, providing essential support to address any maintenance issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the efficient and timely completion of PPM and reactive tasks across the campus.
* Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of M&E and HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
* Prioritise scheduling of PPM and reactive work tasks in line with SLA’s whilst ensuring a high-quality service.
* Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded.
* Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the site's engineering systems.
* Have a proactive approach in reporting issues and updating records to support site compliance.
* Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects.
* Utilise the site's technologies and systems when carrying out duties.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high-profile corporate environments.
* Capable of fault finding and diagnostics on M&E and HVAC systems.
* Excellent teamwork, ownership, and customer service skills.
* Ability to use IT systems and software.
* Health and Safety experience with IOSH qualifications desirable.
* Electrical, Mechanical or multi-skilled engineering trade discipline.
* City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or similar qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
