Job Purpose:

The Process Safety Specialist will support the Process Safety Manager in ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of process safety systems at Envision AESC UK. This role will focus on hazard identification, risk assessment, and technical safety studies to ensure compliance with Upper Tier COMAH regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


Process Safety Analysis & Compliance:

1. Assist in conducting HAZOPs, SIL/LOPA, HAZIDs, and other hazard studies.
2. Support the development and implementation of major hazard risk assessments.
3. Conduct Process Hazard Assessments (PHA) for new and existing processes.
4. Assist in defining the Chemical and Operational Bases of Safety (Fire and Explosion Prevention).
