Location: Bolton
Contract: 6 month; Pay: 30.00 per hour Via Umbrella; IR35 Status: Inside; Security Clearance: BPPS, UK Eyes only project
Responsibilities
* To provide problem-solving expertise to overcome operational challenges
* Lead and support Kaizen events and workshops, driving rapid improvement and engaging cross-functional teams
* Assess internal and external trends to see opportunities for operational improvement
* Engage with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting data-driven decision making
* Collate, validate, and analyse complex data sets to identify trends and priorities
* Mentor, coach, and build team capability to achieve sustainable process improvements
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in a Quality Engineering (QA/QC) related position
* Ideally Black Belt or equivalent with experience
* Analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements
* Some electrical test experience would be an advantage
* Ability and confidence to report to all levels of the business
* Good planning and organising skills to prioritise and deliver objectives
* Self-motivated with persistence to deliver results
