Rate of Pay: £13.05 - £16.64 per hour
Summary
The Project Support Officer will act as the central point of coordination within the team, providing administrative support to the Director and Programme Managers. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1–2 days per week in the Birkenhead office.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Programme Managers
* Maintain and manage administrative systems and records
* Support the organisation and coordination of workstream and board meetings
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track actions
* Assist in the production and distribution of programme newsletters
* Coordinate communications across multiple stakeholders and partner organisations
Essentials
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
* Excellent administrative and organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
