Position Overview - Role: CNC Machinist (Mill-Turn or Multi-Axis Milling) - Location: Onsite - Wolverhampton - Type: Permanent, Full-Time - Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15, Friday: 07:30-11:30(37 hours per week) - Salary: Starting at £40,500 - Plus: Overtime opportunities Excellent benefits package ️ What You'll Be Doing - Set up and run CNC machines (Mill-Turn and/or Multi-Axis Milling - including Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma, etc.) - Produce first-off parts for NPI projects to exacting aerospace tolerances - Liaise with engineering and quality teams to improve machining processes - Conduct in-process and final inspections, completing relevant quality documentation - Adhere to aerospace industry safety and quality standards ✅ What You'll Bring - Minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience - Strong background in precision manufacturing - aerospace experience highly desirable - Expertise in tooling, complex machining methods, and inspection techniques - Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and process-driven mindset - Mill-turn experience is highly preferred, but strong multi-axis CNC milling experience will also be considered.
