Quality Inspector - CAMIO, CMM Programs

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join an advanced Aerospace Manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will support product quality across the full manufacturing lifecycle.
This role plays a key part in ensuring components and assemblies meet defined quality, drawing, and process requirements, working closely with production teams to maintain high standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts and assemblies against engineering drawings and process requirements
- Complete minor rework and touch-ups to achieve compliance
- Spot-check operator adherence to manufacturing methods
- Raise and manage non-conformances and approve rework where required
- Generate, collate, and maintain FAIR documentation (Visual FAIR)
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot CMM programs, probes, and software
- Operate CMM machines in line with production needs
- Develop inspection methods for non-standard or underdefined inspections
- Support audits (internal, flash, and supplier)
- Mentor and support junior inspectors (Depending on experience)
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and business procedures
Essential Requirements
- Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
- CMM operation and programming experience
- FAIR generation and documentation experience
Desirable
- Experience with CAMIO
