Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our global communications platform portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven success in delivering large-scale agile programs in financial sector regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and refine product backlogs for two or more agile scrum teams, ensuring alignment to business goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Drive execution for initiatives including CMA enrichment, POA uplift, statement data enrichment, and BPST modernization.
3. Prioritize features based on business impact, compliance risk, and customer value.
4. Oversee the seamless deployment of communication updates, minimizing business disruption.
5. Collaborate with global market teams, legal, compliance, engineering, and design to deliver scalable, consistent solutions.
6. Represent the business in cross-functional forums, advocating for end-user needs and market consistency.
7. Act as the primary liaison for external partners, including print vendors and platform integrators, to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
8. 10 + of product management or related experience in complex, regulated environments.
9. Proven track record in agile delivery with multi-team coordination.
10. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
11. Experience with regulatory compliance projects and managing high-impact feature rollouts.
12. Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
