Our client has been established since 1959 and specialises in the manufacture and supply of silicone rubber for sealing, insulation, and protection across a wide range of industrial sectors. We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer / Fitter.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Over 5 years of working experience as an Electrical Engineer / Fitter
• At least 5 years experience in fault finding and diagnostics techniques
• At least 5 years experience repairing and maintaining machinery/equipment
• At least 5 years experience designing, developing, and building electrical panels, wiring systems, ancillary equipment, and relevant installations
• Experience with PAT tests and PPM of electrical installations and machinery
• Experience with routine maintenance and unplanned plant equipment breakdown repairs

Responsibilities

The successful Electrical Engineer / Fitter will conduct electrical repairs and maintenance activities on production machinery to ensure the company’s manufacturing process remains effective, efficient, and compliant with Health & Safety and industry legislation.
