Pearson Air Ltd is a well-established air conditioning company providing installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems for domestic and commercial clients.
We carry out the majority of our work across Surrey and Hampshire, with additional clients throughout the Home Counties and the occasional project in London .
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an air conditioning engineer with 5+ years' experience, capable of working independently, to join our team.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out installation, service, and maintenance works on a range of domestic and light commercial air conditioning systems.
While you must be confident working independently when required, you will be joining an established team and will usually be paired with another engineer or apprentice .
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
Fault finding and repairs
Working independently and as part of a team
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
Communicating professionally with customers on site
Providing job updates to the office
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional working environment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as an air conditioning engineer
Experience working independently on site
Valid F-Gas qualification
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to work well within a team
Professional and reliable approach
Full UK driving licence
