The Role: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Help students develop emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, and positive coping strategies. Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom to encourage engagement with learning. Build positive, trusting relationships with students and act as a consistent source of support. Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external agencies where required. Assist in implementing behaviour support plans and wellbeing interventions. Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school environment.
