Commercial & Agricultural Property Solicitor
We are working with a leading law firm who are seeking a 5–10 PQE Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial & Agricultural Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most recognised practices in the sector, offering exposure to high-quality and complex property work alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of commercial and agricultural property matters, working closely with colleagues in a team of over 20 professionals. You will have regular client contact and the opportunity to act for some of the largest landowners in England and Wales.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about property law and eager to develop their career within a modern, forward-thinking environment that combines the quality of a “city” service with the friendliness of a local practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of commercial and agricultural property matters from instruction through to completion.
* Providing high-quality technical advice across a range of complex property transactions.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient and seamless client service.
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the department.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE in commercial and agricultural property.
* Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to handle complex property matters.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
* Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
* Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for business development.
