A look into the role
* Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP programmes.
* Manage and coordinate technical workstreams including:
o Data Migration: Strategy, mapping, validation, and execution.
o Integration: Design and delivery of interfaces between Oracle Cloud and third‑party systems.
o Reporting: Development of BI and operational reporting solutions.
o Architecture: Oversight of solution architecture.
* Collaborate with functional leads, programme managers, and client stakeholders to align technical delivery.
* Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across projects.
* Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
Knowing you’re right for us
* Proven track record of managing technical delivery for multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP implementations.
* Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or other Enterprise Applications architecture and technical components.
* Hands‑on experience in leading Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture workstreams in Enterprise Application implementation programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in consulting or system integrator environments.

* Oracle certifications in relevant technical domains.
* Experience with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.
* Background in enterprise‑level transformation programmes.
