SEND Teaching Assistant

Provide Education are looking for experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to support in a specialist provision in DN16. This is an opportunity for anyone who is passionate about supporting inclusive education and ensuring accessibility to education for all children.
Key Responsibilities

Tailor support to children based on their individual needs and cater to those needs.

Working with children on a one-to-one or small group basis.
*
Use school behaviour policies effectively for behaviour management.
* Work effectively with class teachers and SENCOs
*

Someone who has a resilient, positive attitude to promote a nurturing learning environment.

A willingness to learn and take on new experiences, experience in a classroom setting is NOT essential
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
