Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Uxbridge. This position is offered on a full-time contract of 46.33 hours per week, paying £33,600 with an OTE of £42,000, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,000 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
* Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
* Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
* Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Requirements
* A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
* MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
* Fantastic verbal and written English skills
* Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
