We have an opportunity to join a consultancy firm as a Senior Manager in Reward, supporting a diverse range of clients with strategic and technical reward solutions. You'll work across sectors, shaping how organisations attract, retain, and motivate talent through market-leading reward structures.
The Role:
As part of the firm’s specialist Reward team within its Workforce practice, you'll:
* Design and implement reward strategies aligned to corporate goals at UK and global levels.
* Advise on job architecture, job evaluation, pay and grading frameworks.
* Develop and model annual bonus and long-term incentive plans, including cost and payout modelling.
* Lead the development of employee value propositions and performance management systems.
* Provide insight through remuneration benchmarking and advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
* Oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development.
* Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong reward experience, either in-house or in consulting.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools.
* Comfortable balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery.
