An opportunity has arisen for a creative and innovative Marketing Executive to work within this busy team. This is a fast-paced environment where the business adapts quickly to meet market demands, and the whole team works together to be successful.
They are looking for someone with a genuine passion for fashion and strong marketing flair - able to devise new strategies and engaging visual and written content to ensure they stand out in a highly competitive market. Their brand ethos is to put the customer first, always maintaining a high level of customer service, whilst offering high quality at affordable prices.
The role will be interesting and varied and will include:
Planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
Creating revenue-driven marketing campaigns tailored to the customer database.
Liaising with external marketing agencies to manage the day-to-day running of PPC/Google Ads and SEO.
Writing engaging and SEO-optimised content for their blog.
Managing all aspects of social media, across socials including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Handling all aspects of Influencer and affiliate marketing.
Managing, monitoring and maintaining paid social media advertising on the Meta Suite.
Liaising with suppliers to take advantage of marketing opportunities to increase sales.
Designing and planning marketing campaigns
Maintaining content across the website, including the design and execution of homepage banners, category content and other promotional material.
Assisting with marketing on third-party sites.
Upholding a consistent brand image across all channels.
Creating press releases and other engaging content.
Qualifications/Criteria:
Previous experience in a marketing and B2C, e-commerce role.
Proficient in Photoshop (essential)
Educated to degree level (or similar) in a Marketing or relevant qualification.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
An analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail - capable of producing high-quality work without mistakes or supervision.
A genuine interest in fashion.
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) (desirable)
Proficient in Klaviyo (desirable)
Provident in Meta Business Suite (desirable)
General understanding of SEO principles.
Working knowledge of Magento (desirable)
Working knowledge of Monday.com (desirable)
