Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing project delivery and ensuring all objectives are met within the set timelines.
Analysing business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Creating detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
Facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring clarity on project deliverables.
Delivering reports and presentations on project status to senior management.
Conducting post-project evaluation and implementing lessons learned.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in Project Management within the Defence & Security sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Relevant professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
