Waking Night Support Worker – KentSalary: £13.00 per hourHours: Part Time (Week 1 - 18h Week 2 - 27h) Shifts: 10pm - 7am
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis and must be fully flexible to work any nights in the week

Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the people we support during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the night
* Supporting with personal care routines, where required
* Ensuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleep
* Recording and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
* Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction
* Supporting with morning routines and preparing for the day ahead
* Responding to emergencies and following established protocols
* Maintaining accurate documentation and handover notes
You’ll be working with individuals who enjoy a range of activities—from baking and gardening to arts and crafts and social events. Your support will help them thrive during the day and feel confident in their routines.
About the Service
This service supports individuals with a diverse range of needs including mental health, autism, and learning difficulties. Our dedicated team provides 24-hour care, promoting independence and delivering person-centred support.
