Senior Paraplanner - Based In Harrogate - Hybrid (3 days in office)

We're looking for a skilled Paraplanner with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support. Working closely with a team of Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll play a key role in crafting suitability reports, conducting in-depth product and portfolio research, and helping clients achieve their financial goals through best-in-class advice.
? What you'll be doing:
* Creating compliant and technically accurate suitability reports, tailored to client needs
* Conducting research and analysis across investments, pensions, and protection products
* Assisting with asset allocation analysis and supporting application documentation
* Maintaining up-to-date report templates and ensuring compliance with internal policies
* Working collaboratively with Advisers and the Compliance Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and evolving best practices
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent report writing skills and a strong grasp of financial planning principles
* Experience with pension switching, transfer products, and ideally cashflow forecasting
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Strong communicator and collaborative team player
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
