ASC Global has been operating globally since 1996 as a trusted, fast-moving independent electronic components distributor serving OEM, EMS, and MRO clients worldwide.
We are expanding our remote international broker team and are looking exclusively for experienced, fully independent electronic components brokers who already know how to hunt, negotiate, and close.

What You'll Be Doing
Operate as a fully independent broker managing your own high-activity sales desk
Proactively drive new business through consistent outbound outreach to OEM, EMS, and MRO clients
Leverage your existing customer and supplier relationships to generate revenue
Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, pricing, negotiation, execution, and follow-up
Negotiate fast-moving, high-margin deals while protecting profitability
Track and act on market intelligence: shortages, allocations, excess inventory, pricing trends
Collaborate with ASC Global's global teams (Purchasing, Commodity Management, Asset Recovery, Operations)
Treat your book of business like your own operation—with autonomy and accountability
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
2+ years of CURRENT experience as an independent electronic components broker or within independent distribution (Past, indirect, or non-broker experience does not qualify)
Established relationships with: OEMs and/or EMS manufacturers, Active buying clients with real purchasing history
Proven track record of outbound client development (not just inbound order handling)
Demonstrated ability to source hard-to-find components independently
Experience selling into global markets (US, EU, or APAC)
Strong commercial instincts: negotiation, margin control, deal urgency
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and deal tracking
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for proven performers
