Job Specification
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and ambitious individual ready to manage some of our top accounts and sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment directly with our account managers and be part of the fast-growing sales team at Inside Out Contracts, one of the best commercial furniture suppliers in the UK.
Candidates must be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent people skills, numeracy & IT skills, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
There is great scope for personal development, further growth and increased earnings over a short period of time.
You must have commercial experience developing sales and contacts with either architects, interior designers, hospitality, hotels, high end residential or cruise line industry.

Hours of Work
Full time Monday – Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Remuneration
OTE £60-£85,000
Basic £40 - £45,000 per annum (depending on relative experience) + 2% nett commission on all personal sales (uncapped ex delivery & install)
End of year £10,00 bonus (pro-rata) based on company target being achieved.

ASAP May/June/July 2024
Experience required
• Experienced team management & people skills
• A proven track record of good sales performance
• Excellent communication skills – spoken & written
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Proficient Numeracy & IT skills with Advanced MS Office Suite
• CRM Experience
• Experience in commercial furniture, interior design or similar industry.
• Clean driving licence preferable but not essential.
