Responsibilities
* Schedule and monitor real time trading systems
* Devops Methodologies
* Monitor open and close of markets as it relates to the system
* Reduce the number of trading hiccups
* Monitor and escal real time system alerts
* Handle any triage for the trade system
* Diagnose and resolve systems issues
* Provide updates to the options desk team
* Coordinator resolution calls with Vendors and Traders
* Escalate production issues
* Follow and solve for regulatory testing for trading environment
* Deliver and maintain high quality information
* Python scripting automation
Requirements
* 2+ years of IT experience needed
* Experience working in a Linux environment
* Good knowledge of Unix
* Good understanding of TCP/IP and UDP networking applications
* Basic understanding of network routing and troubleshooting
* Basic experience in writing SQL queries
* Basic Bash, Python or other scripting languages
