As an Account Manager, youll be the trusted partner to our customersvisiting them on-site / in offices, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using Hiltis innovative tools, software (like ON!Track, Fieldwire, VanGateway), and services. Youll manage your own territory with autonomy, building long-term relationships and helping customers work more efficiently and safely. Whether youre consulting on a construction site or collaborating with a managing director, your focus will be on problem-solving, relationship-building, and delivering value. The role is all about nurturing and fostering relationships, developing contacts on site with customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Youll be part of a supportive, field-based regional team who are only a phone call away. We dont expect you to be a construction expert. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Account Manager you will be pivotal in driving growth and customer satisfaction across the construction industry You will become a go-to expert, visiting customers to position solutions that improve productivity, solve problems, and identify opportunities ensuring meaningful impact in every interaction.
