Our service in Denbigh is looking for a Staff Nurse

What you’ll be doing:
* Nurses are required for a recovery-focused, person-centred service working with individuals to achieve meaningful positive outcomes.
* Shifts of days and nights including weekends with flexibility to meet your availability.
* Supporting adults through 24-hour nursing within a mental health care home.
* Promoting recovery through individualised care planning and support, enabling individuals to integrate into the community and move towards more independent living.
* Assessing and monitoring the physical and mental health of the people we support daily.
* Providing excellent working conditions, with opportunities for further training and development, and working in a unique environment.
Who you are:
* Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the people we support, their relatives, and staff.
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred care plans that meet individual needs.
* Leading shifts with support from the home manager, clinical lead, and a team of experienced support workers.
* Providing coaching, training, and support to the team.
* Undertaking medication administration.
* Ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect for the people we support at all times.
* Maintaining good relationships with external bodies and commissioners.
* Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
