Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Engineer specializing in Imaging & Robotics across the EMEA region. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing imaging and robotics equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer support to clients on-site and remotely. The engineer will also conduct technical training and ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to service requests and providing expert solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and accurate installations
* Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to effectively identify and resolve technical issues
* Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and ensure clear communication
* Flexibility to travel across locations within the EMEA region as necessary
* Familiarity with imaging and robotic systems is a strong advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Experience working in a cross-regional role is a plus
