Parts Sales Manager (Branch Manager) required in Barry:
1. Starting salary negotiable pending experience/current earnings.
2. Access to a performance-related bonus worth up to a maximum of £1,300 per month.
3. Use of a company van available for commuting purposes.
4. Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

Our client, a growing automotive parts factor with close to 40 sites across the UK, requires an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Sales Manager (Branch Manager) to oversee their small but successful site in Barry.

You will report to the Regional Manager and oversee a team of 3. Your responsibilities shall include:
6. Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
7. Lead a team of 3 (1 Sales Advisor and 2 Drivers) and drive business, and subsequently profit in the branch
8. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
9. Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
10. Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.
11. Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
12. Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Barry. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a form of telesales or trade parts; however, our client is also very interested in personnel from any other forms of trade backgrounds, such as building merchants, presuming you have a sound understanding of vehicle parts already. A full UK License is essential for this position.
