As Sales Support your responsibilities will include:
Support with the conversion of warm leads & repeat customer orders
Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and work flow.
Prepare and distribute invoices, quotes, and sales-related documents.
Respond to customer queries and provide information as needed.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to manage inventory.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks to help achieve targets.

A successful Sales Support should have:
