Detailed Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Managing the complex needs of a mixed-age site. You will ensure the heating, water, and electrical systems are functioning perfectly, maintaining a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all.
* Security & Key Holding: Guarding the integrity of the school site. You will be responsible for security patrols, key management, and liaising with emergency services or security contractors if necessary.
* Maintenance & Improvement: We promote a culture of high standards. You will be expected to carry out high-quality repairs and work with the premises team on long-term capital projects to modernize the school’s facilities.
* Waste & Environment: Overseeing all site hygiene and waste disposal. You’ll ensure the school grounds remain an "Outstanding" reflection of the school's reputation through proactive management of all external areas.
