The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to business clients across the UK. From handling escalated support tickets to assisting in project delivery, you'll play a key part in keeping our clients operational, secure, and well-supported.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Managing and resolving 1st and 2nd line support issues efficiently and professionally
2. Troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Windows 10/11
3. Networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches...
