Assist in budgeting and tracking costs for phased regeneration works, ensuring value for money while meeting community and housing standards. Assess and estimate costs for bringing empty (void) properties back to a habitable standard, including repairs, compliance upgrades, and redecoration. What you'll need: Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent 2-4 years' experience Quantity Surveying UK Driving Licence Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
