About The Team
You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
* Support the end-to-end category management process within home appliances product assortments.
* Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with international and local brands/supply partners.
* Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
* Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
* Develop long‑term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs.
* Cross departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best‑in‑class service to our customers.
About You
* Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within relevant categories. The ideal candidate will have eCommerce experience in home appliances categories.
* Understanding of consumers, with market insights and purchasing expertise.
* Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
* Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.
* Highly driven, innovative, team‑oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organisational goals.
