Job Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee land charges projects.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Expertise in land charges with significant experience.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent time management abilities.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Confidentiality agreement compliance.
* Valid NI number and references for the last 2 years.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with local government councils.
* Familiarity with GDPR regulations.
