Overview:
Signify Digital is seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads that is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a growing agency, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse client portfolio across industries such as Healthcare, Travel, and more. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising data-driven campaigns that generate leads, build brand visibility, and deliver measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate will be confident running multi-channel campaigns across Social Media platforms such as Meta, and LinkedIn as well as on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Strong skills in campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis as well as a creative spark would make an ideal candidate. Creativity in ad copywriting and a passion for testing and optimisation are essential, along with the ability to communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
This role will see you taking ownership of paid search and paid social activity, while also contributing to wider strategy development and supporting the leadership team in delivering client KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Deliver and manage paid media campaigns across Social Media platforms as well as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Drive client growth through lead generation and brand awareness campaigns aligned to defined KPIs.
* Manage and optimise advertising budgets to maximise ROI and efficiency.
* Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including structure, ad copy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
* Develop impactful, brand led visuals and video for campaign activations.
* Implement and maintain accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring reliable performance measurement.
* Produce clear, data-led monthly client reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
* Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and meet client objectives.
* Build strong relationships through effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
* Support directors in achieving KPIs across the client portfolio.
