CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:
1. Pay:
o Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
o $1,500 per week
o Plus accessorials
2. NEW Orientation Pay:
o Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!

3. Orientation info:
o Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile)
o Single rooms
o Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided
4. Home every weekend

Driver Referral Pay:

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:
* Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!
o Week 1: $1,500
o Week 2: $1,200
o 120 Days: $2,300
o 180 Days: $5,000
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
* 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
* No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
* No DUI in the past 10 years
* Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
