Job Description The Change Management Analyst will be part of the Reliability & Performance team and will be responsible for managing the change process for the Direct-to-Consumer businesses client applications and related software services. As a Change Management Analyst you will facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings, work with delivery teams and the Operations PMO to ensure that all system changes are scheduled and approved before implementation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Facilitate and manage multiple Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings Manage and process a high volume of change requests (tickets) each month Partner with delivery teams and key stakeholders to ensure that all changes are reviewed and approved prior to execution. Coordinate and manage change freezes, assess risk of submitted changes. Create weekly and monthly executive level reports summarising completed and upcoming system changes · Generating weekly download and trend analysis reports for all changes – successful and unsuccessful. Represent Change Management during incident and problem reviews Work with teams to ensure that applications change templates remain compliant with policies.
