Cover Teacher

What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
* Creating a positive, safe, and exciting learning environment
* Encouraging pupils to stay motivated, focused, and confident
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
* Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
* Working closely with staff to maintain high standards across the school
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
* Someone who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive
