PIERCE Property Services is growing—and we’re hiring a Project Manager/Sales Rep to join our dynamic team.
This is not your average PM role. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to property managers, building owners, and engineers—helping them make proactive, informed decisions to protect and preserve the value of their buildings. Our Lifecycle360 model puts you in a unique position: you're not just selling services, you're building lasting partnerships that focus on maintenance, capital planning, and building envelope solutions.
What You’ll Do:
1. Respond quickly & visit client issues at their properties.
2. Lead client conversations after maintenance visits using our Lifecycle360 Reports to identify problems and help solve issues.
3. Connect with clients to understand pain points, goals, and decision-making processes.
4. Educate clients about building systems and guide them toward budgeted or immediate solutions.
5. Qualify opportunities, estimate scopes, and collaborate with Sr. PMs & operations to deliver high-quality work.
6. Own the sales process from first contact to signed proposal, acting quickly, professionally, and with high integrity.
7. Build strong client partnerships that lead to business, larger projects, and long-term success.
What You Bring:
* Experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, building services, or facilities management.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to run strategic sales conversations, ask insightful questions, and listen deeply.
* Strong organization and follow-up skills—you’re responsive and on top of your game.
* Comfort working with high-level decision-makers (owners, REITs, third-party managers, engineers).
* A bias toward action: you move fast, solve problems, and make things happen.
