About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our Housing Service on a fixed-term basis, supporting the team to ensure our tenants live in safe and compliant homes.
You'll manage data and compliance records, handle tenant and contractor enquiries, schedule works, and help maintain accurate compliance documentation. You'll also analyse datasets, process invoices, and ensure all records are kept up to date and in line with regulatory requirements.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will make a real difference to the safety and quality of our housing services.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Compliance Team with administration across all compliance areas (e.g. gas, fire, electrical, water safety).
Manage incoming requests from tenants and contractors, scheduling works and maintaining accurate records.
Update and analyse compliance data, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate inspections and remedial work.
Process invoices and assist with reporting and audit preparation as required. About You
