Role Responsibilities:
Supervise students in the absence of their teacher, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and instructions left by the class teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and classroom engagement.
Uphold school values and promote a positive, inclusive learning culture.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people is desirable (e.g. as a tutor, TA, coach, mentor, youth worker).
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safeguarding and supporting students.
