What you'll do:
As a Hoarding Contracts Manager, you will be entrusted with managing the entire contractual process for complex hoarding projects nationwide. Your day-to-day activities will involve negotiating robust agreements with suppliers and clients while maintaining meticulous records of all contractual documentation. You will work collaboratively with various departments-including project management, procurement, legal, and business development-to ensure that every contract not only meets regulatory requirements but also delivers value through cost optimisation and risk mitigation. Oversee all aspects of contract management for hoarding projects from initial lead generation through tendering, negotiation, execution, and completion.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favourable agreements that align with organisational goals.
Monitor ongoing contract compliance by ensuring all parties adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout each project phase.
Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and legal advisors to identify potential risks early on and implement effective solutions.
Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive records of contracts, amendments, correspondence, and performance metrics for audit readiness.
Analyse contract performance data regularly to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across multiple projects.
Ensure all contracts comply fully with relevant industry regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
Provide timely reports on contract status, risks, and key milestones to senior management for informed decision-making.
Support business development initiatives by assisting in the preparation of proposals and tender documents related to hoarding contracts.
