Opportunity

Prestige IFA Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our clients expansion into the Latin America (LATAM) market. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging your established network to drive asset under management (AUM) growth for our client and their funds. Ideal candidates will be hands‑on leaders eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute to building a larger sustainable business in the region. The position offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in LATAM and represents an exciting opportunity to shape our clients regional presence.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the expansion of our clients operations into the LATAM market primarily by engaging your network of institutional clients wholesale clients and family offices to raise capital.
* Focus on AUM building for our client and their funds including all aspects of LATAM business development from client acquisition to relationship management.
* Take ownership of establishing and running the LATAM regional office including operational setup team building (as needed) and strategic execution.
* Collaborate closely with our clients small high-performing team to align regional efforts with global objectives embodying their values of integrity trust and competence.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to partner exceptional fund managers with long‑term capital contributing to our clients mission of delivering differentiated returns.


Qualifications

* roven track record of capital raising for mutual funds and hedge funds with demonstrable success in generating significant AUM growth.
* Strong established connections within LATAM including financial advisors IFA networks family offices and other professional or institutional contacts.
* Readiness to assume full responsibility for building and managing the LATAM regional office and business with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.
* While financial certifications and qualifications are not necessary strong professional references are required to validate experience and network.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) is highly desirable to effectively navigate the diverse LATAM markets.


Additional Information


Remuneration

OTE in the region of $120K per annum. This would be a salary plus commission to be negotiated based on experience. Possibility of equity for exceptional people.

This position would typically suit experienced candidates with at LEAST 5 years proven industry experience in Latin America. This position is NOT for someone from the accounting / auditing profession. This is a client facing sales and targets driven profession overseeing expansion in this instance.
