As an O2 Retail Advisor, your main role will be to deliver outstanding in-store performance and customer care, working with your team to meet store goals. We focus on providing a unique customer experience, training and empowering you to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to enhance their digital lives.
You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for customers and helping the store succeed. Key responsibilities include:
1. Become an expert in all things O2, promoting our products, services, and brand.
2. Meet store targets by creating tailored recommendations and sharing our ‘Why O2?’ message.
3. Take ownership of your performance and contribute to the overall success of O2.
4. Seek personal development opportunities with support from store leadership and O2 resources.
Training involves a comprehensive induction program covering all aspects of Virgin Media O2. You will attend a 4-day (30 hours) induction within the first two weeks of your start date, with details discussed during your telephone interview.
Flexibility is crucial; you may need to work additional hours, with prior notice provided.
