This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce team and build a career in digital fashion as a Content Producer.

Your descriptions will bring our products to life with your deft English language skills, highlighting design nuances, consumer benefits, and ensuring those iconic Superdry features are front and center, transforming great products into must-haves.

Combining your writing skills with our sector-leading photography enhances the customer experience. While you won't operate the camera, your keen eye for detail will ensure visuals are at their best.

Your attention to detail will guarantee accurate product descriptions and identify areas for improvement, such as punctuation and grammar.

This role involves logical problem-solving and proactive communication to gather information and samples. A solid background in Microsoft Excel is essential for analyzing product data daily.

Great teamwork and communication skills are vital for coordinating with various departments and maintaining smooth operations.

This position requires working at our Head Office during the week, especially as it involves handling product samples.


Main responsibilities

* Write inspiring, engaging, and accurate product descriptions within an agreed format.
* Ensure all products have relevant additional information, e.g., dimensions, measurements.
* Add style comments to enhance customer experience and reduce returns.
* Ensure timely online listing of all products.
* Coordinate with the photo studio, warehouse, sourcing, and logistics to ensure sample availability.
* Communicate with the in-house photo studio about new imagery priorities.


Ideal candidate

* Experience in Ecommerce or fashion, with knowledge of fashion and textile terminology.
* Passionate about products and able to produce content aligned with the Superdry style.
* Capable of managing large workloads accurately and efficiently.
* Excellent written English and communication skills.
* Meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Comfortable working in an office environment.
